Choose from stand-up paddleboards, single or tandem kayaks, or rowboats and enjoy the water at your own pace. Whether you’re paddling along the shoreline or heading out for a longer ride, Wawayanda Lake offers a calm and enjoyable experience for all skill levels.

Each rental includes a paddle and life jacket, along with helpful instructions, safety tips, and assistance with launching and returning your equipment. While lessons are not included, our team ensures you feel comfortable before heading out on the water.

Make it a full day outdoors—bring a picnic, enjoy the beach and swimming area, and take advantage of everything Wawayanda State Park has to offer.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling

  You may cancel or reschedule your reservation using the link in your booking email up to 24 hours in advance.

  For changes within 24 hours, please reply to your booking email as soon as possible.

  • More than 3 hours before start time: Full refund

  • 1–3 hours before start time: 75% refund

  • Less than 1 hour before start time: 50% refund

  • After reservation start time: No refunds

  Reservations are held for 30 minutes past your scheduled start time. After that, equipment may be released to other guests and may no longer be available.

  No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

• Weather Policy

  We operate in most weather conditions as long as it is safe.

  • Safe but less-than-ideal weather (cool, cloudy, light mist): We remain open and the standard cancellation policy applies

  • Unsafe weather (thunder, lightning, strong winds): We will close and offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund

  If unsafe weather occurs while you are on the water, you will be asked to return to shore. Your reservation will be adjusted based on time used (minimum 1-hour charge).
